7.1. Distance between transport wheel and guide screw

The distance between transport
wheel 100 and guide screw 99 is
max. 0.2 mm. The transport wheel
and the guide screw may not come
into contact with each other.
Setting:
Loosening the threaded pin 41 by
means of hexagon socket screw key
2 mm. Use screw driver to set guide
screw 99 to gap dimension screw
threaded pin.

7.2. Setting the band tension

Setting the maintenance unit to 4 to 6 bar.
Loosen counternut 85 at rotary
transmission lead through 145 by
means of a wrench. (size 10). Set
required strap tension by means
of set screw 86 using an Allen key
of 3 mm.
Clockwise direction–lower strap tension,
anti-clockwise direction–higher
strap tension
Tighten counternut 85 after setting.
