The MagnaTrack S extraction system is designed for use
with emergency vehicles but is also suitable for lorries, buses
and other vehicles with exhaust pipes located beneath, at the
back or the side of the vehicle.
The system is particularly well suited for areas where each
vehicle has its own individual parking space as in fire sta-
tions, bus and lorry garages, etc.
Delivery check
MagnaTrack S is delivered in the following two units:
A. Rail with horizontal hose (incl. various components), and
trolley incl. upper vertical hose
B. Nozzle incl. lower vertical hose
Check that the following components have been delivered:
A.
1. Rail (check that the number of rail profiles, end
to end, make the total rail length required).
2. Horizontal hose (check that the hose length, when
extended, corresponds with the rail length, within 5 %).
3. Adaptor
4. Connection hose
5. Hose clips (4 pcs)
6. End stop
7. Disconnection magnet
8. Lengthening joints (incl. 4 screws)
9. Mounting chains
10. Trolley (delivered complete assembled with
upper vertical hose, electromagnetic unit, 90°-elbow
and disconnection box)
11. Anchor plate
12. Instruction manual

MagnaTrack S
To guarantee a correct function and minimal service, it
is important to read and understand the information in
this instruction manual.
This product is designed to meet the requirements of the
relevant directives. To maintain this status all installation,
repair and maintenance work must be carried out by quali-
fied personnel using only original spare parts. Contact the
manufacturer or your nearest authorised dealer for advice on
technical service, or if you require spare parts.
