STEP 3
• Position the step platform (8) at the bottom frame (3).
Secure the step platform (8) by inserting the locking pin (16).
• Fit top and bottom frames (4, 5) together.
Secure with 4 set of screws (9), spring washers (10) and washers (21).
Note: The step platform (8) should be folded except for stepping exercises. To do so, remove the
locking pin (16) in order to be able to move the step platform (8).

STEP 4
• Back cushion (19): Position the back cushion at the top frame (5).
Secure with 2 sets of screws (11) and 2 washers (28).
• Arm cushions (18): Attach the arm cushions to the dip bar (6).
Secure each arm cushion with 2 sets of screws (31), spring washers (24) and curved
washers (30).
Grips (12): Attach the grips to the dip bar (6). Secure each grip with 1 screw (9), spring

washer (10) and curved washer (29).
• Dip bar (6): Position the dip bar at the top frame (5).
Insert the locking hook (17). Secure with 1 screw (15), nut (22), and 2 washers (21) each.
