Customer support/Trouble shooting
1. Push the buckle strap by hand between the mattress and the patient´s
hollow at the back.
2. Pull the sling carefully from the other side and attach the strap to the
bed frame to which direction you want to turn the patient. Position the
Turning sling and make sure the sling is not folded or wrinkled. If
needed, adjust the length of buckle strap.
3. Check patient position, especially arm and legs before mounting to the
lifter.
4. Place the loop straps in the hanger bar according to the manual for the
lifter.
5. Carefully raise the hanger bar and perform the turning, while keeping
eye on the patient position.
Expected Service Life varies between 1–5 years, depending on usage
and number of washing cycles. When washed once a week the sling has
an Expected Service Life of 2 years. Expected Service Life is based upon
a correct usage and washing procedure in accordance with this IFU.
The Sling is washable according to the marking on the label.
The Turning Sling should be stored in a dry and clean environment and
the shelf lifetime is 5 years in original packaging. Store in temperatures
between 0°-40° C (+32°-104°F)

• Always follow the instructions on the product label and check the
sling for deteriorations.
• Mark the sling with the specific patient name and keep in dry and
clean environment.
• Machine wash the sling at 70°C (176°F)
• Tumble dry at low heat.
• Close the buckle prior to washing
• Do Not heat press slings equipped with buckles
• Do Not Bleach
• Do Not clean dry
• Do Not Iron
The Turning Sling shall be checked by authorized personnel according to
ISO10535
