Troubleshooting without MENNEKES Charge APP
To correct the fault, observe the following sequence:
1. Read the flashing code on the LED info field.
2. Disconnect the device for three minutes and restart.
3. Check the following aspects:
There is a power supply and a network connection.
The suitable charging cable has been inserted correctly.
4. Correct the fault by means of the flash codes.
If the fault could not be corrected, contact your responsible service partner.
5. Acknowledge, the fault, if necessary, with the multifunction button or stop button or disconnect the device from the
mains for three minutes and restart it.

Flash codes
For fault diagnosis, the following flash codes are displayed on the device's LED information field.

Remedy
f Allow the device to cool down.
f Disconnect the device from the mains for three
minutes and restart it.
f Check charging cable and replace if necessary.
f Acknowledge fault.
f Disconnect charging cable and plug in again.
f Check charging cable and replace if necessary.
f Restart residual current devices and miniature cir-
cuit breakers
