der for you to connect the Z21 CAN HUB to your system and use it. You shall also find a large

a very robust design, an incorrect connection or an operating error can nevertheless result in the
device suffering permanent damage.

Important information
• The Z21 CAN HUB is exclusively suitable for use with electric model railway systems. Furthermo-
re, the model railway system should never be operated unsupervised.
• The Z21 CAN HUB should never be placed close to strong sources of heat such as radiators or
places subject to direct sunlight.
• Because the Z21 CAN HUB has been exclusively developed for dry interiors, it may not be ope-
rated in areas subject to major temperature and air humidity fluctuations.
• It is essential that you never permit contact between the Z21 CAN HUB and metal objects or live
conductors (track voltage)!
• Do not short-circuit any of the plug connection contacts.
• This item is exclusively suitable for the usage options described in the manual. In case of use of
the item not in accordance with the intended purpose, it may be damaged and the guarantee
and warranty would expire. We hereby expressly wish to point out that the item is only suitable
for the connection of Z21 CAN devices.
