MAINTENANCE
The accessory can be cleaned with a cloth dampened
with water or a detergent compatible with the materials the
accessory is made of.
Please feel free to contact your Bürkert supplier for any
additional information.
PACKAGING, TRANSPORT,
STORAGE
NOTE
Damage due to transport
Transport may damage an insufficiently protected
accessory.
• Transport the accessory in shock-resistant packaging
and away from humidity and dirt.
• Avoid the effects of heat and cold, which could cause
the storage temperature range to be exceeded.
• Protect the electrical interfaces using protective caps.
NOTE
Poor storage can damage the accessory.
• Store the accessory in a dry place away from dust.
• Storage temperature -10 to +60°C.

Remove the cover if nec-
essary (see page 10).
Place the palm of your
hand flat on the module
and turn by ca. 20° to the
left. Once unlocked, the
module is raised slightly
by the spring action.
Remove the module from
its housing.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE
MEASURING DEVICE
Refer to the user manual of the ELEMENT measuring
device to learn about the details on adjustment using the
display module.
DISPOSAL OF THE ACCESSORY
Dispose of the accessory and its packaging in an envi-
ronmentally-friendly way.
NOTE
Damage to the environment caused by parts con-
taminated by the fluid.
• Comply with the national and/or local regulations
which concern the area of waste disposal.
Check that there is a seal
on the housing and that it is
not damaged. Replace it if
necessary.
Grease the seal if necessary,
using a component com-
patible with the seal material.
[1] Set the cover to ensure
that the 4 grooves of the
cover match with the 4 pins
of the housing.
[2] Turn the cover clockwise
with an angle of about 15°
to lock it.
