1. Gasversorgung unterbrechen.
2. Bei Werkstoffpaarung Alumi-
nium-Aluminium:
Vor dem Eindichten Innen- und
Aussengewinde mit geeignetem
Gleitmittel einsprühen.
3. Eindichten.
Durchflußrichtung auf dem Ge-
häuse beachten (Pfeil)
4. Anschluß des Stellantriebes:
Anleitung des jeweiligen Her-
stellers beachten!
Klappenstellung überprüfen.
5. Elektrischen Anschluß herstel-
len, Anleitung des jeweiligen
Herstellers beachten!
6. Nach Abschluß der Arbeiten
Dichtheits- und Funktionskon-
trolle durchführen.
Auf vibrationsfreien Ein-
bau achten!
Ensure that the valve is in-
stalled free of vibration!

Mounting the DMK 507 - 520
1. Interrupt the gas supply
2. With aluminium - aluminium
material combination:
Spray with suitable lubricant be-
fore sealing the inner and outer
threads.
3. Sealing
Note the flow direction on the
housing (arrow)
4. Connecting the actuator:
Refer to manufacturer instruc-
tions.
Check the valve position.
5. Electrical connection:
Refer to manufacturer instruc-
tions.
6. On completion of work, perform
leak and function test.

Montage DMK 507 - 520
1. Couper l'alimentation de gaz.
2. Pour un montage Aluminium:
Aluminium lubrifier les filetages
avant assemblage.
3. Etancher.
Tenir compte du sens de passage
(flèche sur corps de vanne).
4. Montage du servo-moteur:
Respecter les instructions des
fabricants respectifs!
Vérifier la position du papillon.
5. Pour le raccordement électri-
que.
6. Une fois les travaux terminés, pro-
céder à un contrôle d'étanchéité
et de fonctionnement.

Montaggio del DMK 507 - 520
1. Chiudere l'alimentazione del gas.
2. Per l'accoppiamento dei mate-
riali alluminio-alluminio:
prima di provvedere alla tenuta,
spruzzare la filettatura interna e
quella esterna con un mezzo di
scorrimento adeguato.
3. Chiusura stagna.
Osservare il senso del flusso in-
dicato sul corpo dell'apparecchio
con una freccia.
4. Collegamento del motorino:
attenersi alle istruzioni del
rispettivo fabbricante!
Controllare la posizione della
farfalla.
5. Effettuare l'allacciamento elettri-
co, attenendosi alle istruzioni
del rispettivo fabbricante!
6. Dopo il montaggio effettuare un
controllo di tenuta e funzionale.
