the time will be extended in 1-minute increments. The minimum prepara-
tion time is 5 minutes, shorter times cannot be set.
18. After expiration of the set time the appliance automatically switches off and
a signal beeps ten times. The display shows 00.
19. If the ice cream is not removed immediately after the program ends, after ten
minutes the automatic keep-cool phase switches on. The keep-cool phase
keeps the ice cream cool for 120 minutes. After these 120 minutes elapse,
the keep-cool phase switches off and the appliance is now in standby mode
again, as described in point 10.
Remove ice cream
20. Before removing the ice cream from the appliance, switch off the appliance
with the POWER switch and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
21. Remove the transparent lid.
22. Remove the ice cream bowl from the appliance and carefully pull the mixer
out of the bowl.
23. Transfer the ice cream to a suitable bowl. Do not use sharp or pointed
objects for this; instead, use a plastic or wooden spoon in order not to dam-
age the ice cream bowl. We recommend using a silicone dough scraper.
24. If desired, you can make more ice cream right away. In this case, start again
with step number 1.
25. Tip: If you make fruit ice cream or sorbet, remove the ice cream bowl as
soon as the program is finished, transfer the ice cream to a bowl suitable for
freezing and put this bowl in the freezer so that the ice cream freezes com-
pletely. Otherwise, this ice cream may be slightly soft inside, even if it is
firmly frozen on the outside.
26. If you do not wish to make more ice cream, switch the appliance off with the
POWER switch and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
