Remove ice cream
20. Before removing the ice cream from the appliance, switch off the appliance
with the POWER switch and unplug the power cord from the electrical out-
let.
21. Remove the transparent lid.
22. Remove the ice cream container from the appliance and carefully pull the
mixer out of the container.
23. Transfer the ice cream to a suitable container. Do not use sharp or pointed
objects for this; instead, use a plastic or wooden spoon in order not to dam-
age the ice cream container. We recommend using a silicone dough scraper.
24. If desired, you can make more ice cream right away. In this case, start again
with step number 1.
25. Tip: If you make fruit ice cream or sorbet, remove the ice cream container as
soon as the program is finished, transfer the ice cream to a container suit-
able for freezing and put this container in the freezer so that the ice cream
freezes completely. Otherwise, this ice cream may be slightly soft inside,
even if it is firmly frozen on the outside.
26. If you do not wish to make more ice cream, switch the appliance off with the
POWER switch and unplug it from the electrical outlet.

CLEANING AND CARE

Before cleaning, always turn off the appliance, unplug it from the electrical
outlet and allow the appliance to cool.

5.
Dry all parts thoroughly with a soft cloth before reassembly.
