6.1 Dismounting the ceiling hoist

6.1.1 Dismounting Robin®
Remove the ceiling hoist from the trolley
1. Lift the hoist slightly and push the suspension pin out
of its holder in the trolley.
2. Turn the hoist by 90 degrees and pull it out of the
trolley.
Remove the trolley from the rail
1. Remove the end stop.
2. Slide the trolley out of the rail.
6.1.2 Dismounting Robin® Mover
1. Pull the emergency strap to prevent accidental
activation of the ceiling hoist after it has been
dismounted from the rail.
2. Remove the end stop.
3. Slide the wheels of the hoist out of the rail.
4. Install the end stop.

Tighten the bolt to 30 Nm.
5. If removing the hoist from the rail motor, perform the
following steps:
When replacing the battery or performing
service, it is also necessary to remove the hoist
from the rail motor.
a. Remove the screws securing the plastic shells from
the rail motor.
b. Pull the plastic shells away from each other to
remove them from the rail motor.
c. Remove the M6 screw securing the rail motor to
the hoist.
d. Separate the rail motor from the hoist.
