hoW to Use the choppING kNIFe
For chopping of:
Vegetables (onions, coleslaw, pepperoni,
etc.)
Fruit (e.g. apples)
Bread crumbs
Meat (cooked or raw)
Chocolate, nuts
1. Place the discharge plate (2) into the bowl
(1). Make sure that the four notches of the
plate match the recesses of the bowl.
2. Place the chopping knife (3) on the shaft of
the plate (2).
3. Put the food (meat, vegetable, fruit, etc.)
into the bowl (incl. discharge plate and
chopping knife). Most foodstuffs enlarge
their volume when they are ground, there-
4. fore we recommend that you do not fill the
bowl more than half. please handle the chop-
ping knife with great care as its very sharp.
5. Place the transmission unit on the bowl.
6. Place the ESGE-Zauberstab

7. Fill the foodstuff into the feed tube. If the
foodstuff is too large, cut it into convenient
pieces fitting easily into the funnel.

nal foodstuff through the feed tube. Fill the
feed tube completely. If not filled suffici-
ently, vegetable pieces may block the appli-
