10 Repairs

Warning:
- When working on the equipment, the equipment must be voltage-free.
- Electrical installation and repair must be carried out by a qualified electrician and in
accordance with national and local regulations.
Vicinion parts cannot be repaired. To order spare parts, see spare parts list.
In case of problems, contact SIMCO (Nederland) B.V. or your local area agent.
The RMA procedure can be used to return a Simco-ION product. An RMA number can be
requested by completing the internet form which you can find at
ion.nl/contact/reparaties/
Take care to pack the Simco-ION product properly and clearly state the RMA number on the
outside of the packaging.

11 Disposal

Do not dispose of the device with your normal waste at the end of its working life, but
hand it in at an official collection point.
In this way you help to protect the environment.
