10. Repairs

Warning:
- Disconnect the power supply before carrying out work on the unit.
- Electrical installation and repairs must be carried out by a skilled electrical engineer
according to the applicable national and local regulations.
Performax Easy and Performax Easy Speed parts cannot be repaired. To order parts, see the
spares list.
Please contact Simco-Ion Netherlands or your regional agent in the event of any problems.
Request an RMA number for any returns by sending an e-mail to service@simco-ion.nl.
For disassembly of the anti-static bar: see section 5.5
Package the Performax Easy properly and state clearly the reason it is being returned.

11. Disposal

Once the device has reached the end of its operating life, do not dispose of it in
the garbage but return it back to one of the official collection centres. This will help
protect the environment.
