GRUPPO CARTA (OPZlONALE)
Questo Gruppo permette di posizionare
automaticamente un foglietto di carta
sugli hamburger.
Mediante il movimento della camma C
(fig.R) il Gruppo si allontana o si avvici-
na al tamburo B (fig. R).
Mediante il movimento della camma C il
gruppo si avvicina al tamburo B in fase
con il passaggio dell'hamburger posizio-
nandogli sopra il foglietto che, aderendo
alla carne, viene "strappato" al passag-
gio dell'hamburger.
CENTRAGGlO FOGLIETTO
Il centraggio del foglietto di carta si ef-
fettua regolando la posizione della leva
L (fig. R) tramite il pomello P (fig. R).
In genere questa regolazione viene fatta
quando
si
cambia
la
forma
dell'hamburger anticipando o ritardando
il punto di contatto tra il foglietto e la car-
ne.
PAPER UNIT (OPTIONAL)
This Unit allows the user to automatically
place a sheet of paper on the
hamburgers. According to the movement
of the cam C (Fig. R), the unit moves
near or away from the drum B (Fig. R).
When the cam C moves, the unit goes
near the drum B in phase with the
passing of the hamburger and places a
sheet of paper on the hamburger itself.
The sheet of paper adheres to the meat
and is "torn away" when the hamburger
moves away.
PAPER CENTERING
You can centre the sheet of paper by
adjusting the position of the lever L (Fig.
R) by means of the knob P (Fig. R).
Usually, you adjust the position of the
sheet of paper when you change the
shape of the hamburger, by advancing
or retarding the point of contact between
the sheet of paper and the meat.

GROUPE PAPIER (EN OPTION)
Ce groupe a pour fonction de déposer
automatiquement une feuille de papier
sur
les
hamburgers.
Grâce
au
mouvement de la came C (Fig. R) le
groupe s'éloigne ou s'approche du
tambour B (Fig. R).
La came C fait approcher le groupe
papier du tambour B en synchronie avec
le passage du hamburger sur lequel est
déposée la feuille de papier. Cette feuille
de papier adhère à la viande et est
« déchirée » lorsque le hamburger
passe à l'extérieur.
CENTRAGE DU PAPIER
IPour centrer la feuille de papier, régler
la position du levier L (Fig. R) au moyen
du pommeau P (Fig. R).
En principe, cette opération de réglage
est nécessaire lorsque le calibre du
hamburger est modifié, le point de
contact entre la papier et la viande devant
être avancé ou reculé en conséquence.

(OPTIONAL)
Mit dieser Vorrichtung wird automatisch
ein Blatt Papier auf die Hamburger
gelegt. Durch die Bewegung des
Nockens C (Abb. R) nähert und entfernt
sich die Vorrichtung vom Zylinder B (Abb.
R).
Durch die Bewegung des Nockens C
nähert sich die Vorrichtung dem Zylinder
B phasengleich mit dem Hamburger, legt
ein Blatt darauf, das am Fleisch anklebt
und davon praktisch "weggerissen" wird.
BLATTZENTRIERUNG
Das Zentrieren des Papiers erfolgt durch
Einstellen des Hebels L (Abb. R) mit Hilfe
des Kugelgriffes P (Abb. R).
Diese Einstellung wird jeweils beim
Formatwechsel
der
Hamburger
durchgeführt,
indem
der
Berührungspunkt zwischen Fleisch und
Papier vor- oder nachgestellt wird.

Esta
unidad
permite
posicionar

sobre cada hamburguesa.
Mediante el movimiento de la leva C (fig.
R) la unidad se aleja o se aproxima al
tambor B (fig. R).
Mediante el movimiento de la leva C la
unidad se aproxima al tambor B de modo
sincronizado con el paso de las
hamburguesas sobre las cuales coloca
la hojita que, adhiriéndose a la carne, es
"arrancada" al pasar la hamburguesa
misma.
CENTRAJE HOJITA
El centraje de la hojita de papel se
efectúa regulando la posición de la
palanca L (fig. R) mediante el pomo P
(fig. R).
En general esta regulación es realizada
cuando se cambia la forma de la
hamburguesa anticipando o retardando
el punto de contacto entre la hojita y la
carne.
