Description of functions

3.1

Rotary switch

You are able to select between three heat levels so that you can select the optimum output for
the various cooking applications.
Thermostatic temperature regulation from 55 to 99°C is possible at the 2.3 kW level.

Power levels

Three power levels are available:
7.0 kW = full power
4.6 kW = 2/3 power
2.3 kW = 1/3 power - with a temperature range from 55 to 99°C

Timer for basket lift

Flashes when the time has expired
START: The basket lift is
lowered.
STOP: The basket lift is
raised from the tank.
Full power:
Heating up,
Rolling boil
2/3 power:
Lightly rolling boil
Setting the time
Press and hold minus or plus key - the time is increased or
decreased rapidly.
Press button once, the time is adjusted in 5 second intervals.
Temperature range 55
to 1005C:
Warming,
steeping,
simmering
Display
Endless "- - - -" and "0.00" to "20.00
The remaining time is displayed during the cooking
process.
The time can only be set if the basket lift is raised.
Switching the timer switch on and off
After switching on: The basket lift is raised.
After switching off: The basket lift is lowered.
