10. Special model with the separation function V /

This section provides supplementary information on the
special model of the FMP with the separation function.
10.1 Operation and pressure setting / Utilisation et réglage de la pression
The special separation model offers the option of pushing
away the 2nd layer of highly permeable materials even
before lifting them. It is started up as follows:
Start of Operations
1.
Tighten valve screw 1 using a flathead screwdriver
(clockwise direction)
2.
Apply the compressed air using connection 2
(8/6 hose)
3.
Slowly loosen valve screw 1 until you have
achieved the necessary separation effect
This setting cannot be made at the factory because it must
be adapted to the individual materials being lifted.

La fonction spéciale de séparation offre la possibilité, pour
les matériaux très perméables, de rejeter la 2
le levage de la charge. Elle est mise en service de la façon
suivante :
Mise en service
Serrez la vis d'étranglement 1 (en tournant à droite)

à l'aide d'un tournevis à fente
Raccordez l'air comprimé au raccord 2 (tuyau 8/6)

Desserrez lentement la vis d'étranglement 1 jusqu'à

atteindre l'effet de rejet souhaité
Ce réglage ne peut pas être effectué à l'usine, il doit être
réalisé individuellement sur les matériaux à lever.
