Replace external nozzle, set primary air

Remove front panels, refer to page 45 Chapter 10.6!
. Screw to attach the nozzle holder, only turn out as far until the nozzle holder can be removed.
. Determine external nozzle, refer to information in the table, page 39 Chapter 9.1.2
. Set primary air, refer to information in the table, page 39 Chapter 9.1.2
. Apply heat-resistant securing lacquer on attachment screws and primary sleeve.
. Check all gas-bearing parts for tightness.

position.
. Set fine-adjustment nozzle (nozzle without drill
hole), refer to page 39 Chapter 9.1.2
. Check all gas-bearing parts for tightness.
Remove front panels, refer to page 45 Chap­

. Determine pilot burner nozzle, refer to
page 39 Chapter 9.1.2
. Adjust correctly the pilot flame, by turning the
primary air sleeve, until the flame ist stable.
. Check all gas-bearing parts for tightness.
