Errors and remedies
If faults should occur, check them using the following table:
Fault
The pilot light does not
light.
The pilot light goes out af
ter the gas control is re
leased.
If the fault cannot be rectified:
. Press the gas control and turn to "Off" (Symbol●).
. Close the gas tap on the appliance.
. Close the gas tap on site.
. Do not open the housing.
. Contact customer service.
Cause
Gas tap is closed
On-site gas tap is closed
Pilot burner dirty
The gas control was not
pressed in for a long enough
period.
Thermocouple contaminated
Thermal element defective.
Remedy
Open the gas tap.
Open the on-site gas tap.
Clean pilot burner.
Press gas control for approx.
5 - 10 seconds so that the
thermocouple is sufficiently
heated and the gas supply is
not interrupted.
Clean the thermocouple.
Contact customer service.
