3. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3.1. HANDLE ASSEMBLY (HPSTAR 150-13 / 200-15 / 250-15)
•
Fit the handle [(1) Fig. A] into the frame [(2) Fig. A] then lock each handle arm using the pins [(3)
Fig. A] located on the arm.
3.2. HOSE SUPPORT, GUN AND SPRAY LANCE ASSEMBLY

Fit the hose support [(4) Fig. A] on the handle or on the front of the frame [(2) Fig. C] using the
M5x10 screw [(5a) Fig. A] or [(3a) Fig. C] washer [(5b) Fig. A] or [(3b) Fig. C] nut HM5 [(5c)
Fig. A] or [(3c) Fig. C] assemblies provided;

Fit the spray lance [(6) Fig. A] or [(4) Fig. C] in the gun [(7) Fig. A] or [(5) Fig. C] and tighten the
rotating nut of the gun;

Connect the HP hose [(8) Fig. A] or [(6) Fig. C] to the washer by tightening the rotating nut on
one end of the hose, on the delivery output of the pump [(a) Fig. B] or [(a) Fig. D].
4.
Connect the other end of the hose to the gun by tightening the rotating nut.
4. PRE OPERATION CHECKS
■ Make sure you have read all the warnings to prevent any risk of fire.
■ Make sure there is no flammable or hazardous material next to the high pressure washer.
■ Keep away from any naked flame. Do not smoke.
■ Install the high pressure washer at least 1 meter away from any building.
■ Never block the air flow of the high pressure washer with paper or any other material.
■ Only use the high pressure washer outdoors.
4.1. CHECK OIL ENGINE LEVEL
■ Never remove the dipstick of the oil sump when the engine is running.
■ Never fill the oil sump up when the engine is running or hot.
■ Never smoke when filling the oil sump up or if, in the vicinity, there are naked flames or if any
other conditions are met to start a fire.
Make sure the high pressure washer is on a stable and flat surface.

Unscrew and remove the oil filling dipstick plug [(b) Fig. 01].
2.
To check the oil level, clean the dipstick plug gauge, using a clean cloth and fit the oil plug back.
