Problem
Solid red right

Possible cause
Appliance overheating
The dirty water in DWT has
reached the MAX line
Brush roller malfunction
Brush roller cover is not latched
in place
The sponge for pre-filter is dirty
The debris channel or the
airway is blocked
The debris channel or the
airway is blocked
The dirty water in DWT has
reached the MAX line
The external charger cord not
correctly plugged
CWT is empty
The CWT is not installed
correctly
Then floater or the sponge in
pre-filter is not installed
The dirty water in DWT has
reached the MAX line
The sponge in pre-filter is moist
The floater is blocked

Solution
Restart after cooling down
Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the DWT
1. Remove blockages
2. Install brush roller correctly
Reinstall brush roller cover
Clean the pre-filter
Remove blockages
Remove blockages
Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the DWT
Unplug the charger, then plug again
into the machine and then into the
wall outlet
Refill CWT
Install the CWT correctly
Install the floater and the sponge
correctly
Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the DWT
Allow the sponge to dry completely
Remove blockages
