Problem
The appliance does not
turn on

Possible cause
No power
The suction mouth is blocked
The battery is still connected to the
adaptor
Dustbin and filters are full
The brush roller tangled with hairs
or fibers
The pre-filter is not installed
The appliance is blocked
(i.e. the tube, suction mouth or
some other parts)
The appliance is blocked
(i.e. the tube, suction mouth or
some other parts)
The adaptor is not correctly
inserted or the adaptor is not
designed for Tineco A10
The appliance is blocked or the
brush roller tangled with hairs or
fibers
The battery is out of power or
overheated
The filters or the suction mouth is

Solution
Charge the battery
Check and remove blockages
Disconnect the battery from
the adaptor
Clean the dustbin and filters
Clean the brush roller
Install the pre-filter
Remove blockages
Remove blockages
Remove the adaptor and
insert correct adaptor again
Stop the appliance, remove
blockages or clean the brush
roller
Charge the battery or let it
cool
Clean filters or remove
blockages
