Sequence
of
operations

Remove the dispensing hose and immediately rinse it with very hot
water

Open the lid and take off the bucket turning it counterclockwise.
PAY ATTENTION NOT TO HIT THE TEMPERATURE PROBE

Wash the bucket and the stirrer with very hot water using a soft brush
Wash the sampling and addition plugs with very hot water

Place a container under the device

Remove the drain plug until the container is full
Drain the entire volume and rinse the vessel with very hot water

Disable the installation circuit breaker
Disconnect the plug from the power cord

Remove the carded cotton from its cage and clean it with 70° alcohol
6
Remove the cover seal and rinse it with very hot water
7
Leave the lid open until the next use and only fill the hot-water bath
before using the appliance
Do not put the bucket and drain plug back into the vessel until the
next use
