Correct installation
Do not install this dishwasher in an area where there is a risk of ex-
plosion or freezing conditions.
Take care, both before and during installation of the dish-
washer, not to cut yourself on the metal parts. Danger of in-
jury. Wear protective gloves.
In order to reduce the risk of damage from condensation, the fur-
niture in the area around the dishwasher should ideally be designed
for commercial use.
Furniture can be protected using the vapour protection set, which is
available as an optional accessory.
The vapour barrier film should be stuck under the worktop in the area
around the dishwasher door.
To ensure stability a built-under dishwasher must only be installed
beneath a continuous worktop that is bolted to the adjacent cabin-
etry.
The door springs must be evenly adjusted on both sides. They are
correctly adjusted when the door remains stationary when left half
open (approx. 45° opening angle). It is also important that the door
cannot fall open.
The machine must only be operated with properly adjusted door
springs.
If the door cannot be adjusted properly, contact the Miele Customer
Service Department.

ous.
