Replacing the urinal trap
For hygiene reasons, replace the urinal trap
at least once a year.
Prerequisite
–
Cleaning mode is activated.

Demount the cover for the urinal
trap.

Demount the urinal trap.

Replace the urinal trap (art. no.
243.312.00.1) and the cover for the
urinal trap (art. no. 243.314.00.1).

Cleaning or replacing the
basket filter
• Clean the basket filter in the solenoid
valve at least every 2 years or if the flush
volume decreases.
• Descale the basket filter with a commer-
cially available descaling agent if
necessary.
• Replace the basket filter if it can no
longer be completely cleaned and
descaled.

Demount the locking bracket.

Disconnect the solenoid valve and
demount the coupling.

Remove the basket filter.

Clean, descale or replace the basket
filter.

Install the basket filter.

Mount the coupling and snap in the
solenoid valve.
