Up/Down Button
UP/DOWN BUTTON

Turn on the downdraft blower by pressing down on the Up/Down button. The chimney will rise.
Press the Up/Down button again to turn off the blower as the chimney begins to descend.

A safety mechanism from the downdraft prevents the chimney from closing when it hits an
obstruction. When this happens, press the Up/Down button again to raise the chimney.
NOTE: For the most convenient operation, set the blower to your favorite speed. The blower will be set
to this speed whenever the Up/Down button is pressed and once the chimney as risen.

While the downdraft is up, the controls are located on the right side of the unit slightly below the
chimney. 0 is off, 1 is low speed, 2 is medium speed, and 3 is high speed.
NOTE: With ACT™ enabled, the available number of blower speeds will be reduced from 3 to 2 with
390 CFM as the highest setting.
