To rehand the indicator:
A. Remove the E-Clip (cylinder and privacy functions only).
B. Disassemble the indicator.

INDICATOR HANDING
A. Determine the door's handing from outside.
B. Check indicator handing with indicator positioned against top rim of reinforcement plate.

C. Reorient the cam.
• Unlock the door.
• Position the indicator against the top rim of the reinforcement
plate (unlocked position).
• Position the cam as shown on charts above.
L Use OUTSIDE or INSIDE chart according to indicator side.
D. Replace the E-Clip (cylinder and privacy functions only).
