STEP 8 for INSIDE NON-INDICATOR TRIM ONLY.
For INSIDE INDICATOR TRIM, skip to STEP 9.

Install inside cylinder or thumb turn trim.
Cylinder Functions
8a Install the escutcheon/lever assembly.
DO NOT
overtighten.
8b Install the cylinder with cylinder spring as shown.
Key inserted halfway
8c Rotate cylinder clockwise and tighten bushing with
spanner wrench.

If both inside and outside of lock are now installed, skip to step 10.
Thumb Turn Functions
Install the escutcheon/lever assembly.
DO NOT
overtighten.
Tighten bushing with spanner wrench.
Lever Only Functions
Install the escutcheon/lever assembly.
DO NOT
overtighten.
Tighten bushing with spanner wrench.
