TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
Check that there is water in the
water tank/that the water tank
is locked in position.
Water is not added in the
advanced mode.
The machine is not preheated.
The grounds are too thick/the
grounds are not pressed
The steam vent is blocked.
Do not turn on the steam knob
or turn on the switch before
preheating is complete.
Too much or too little ground
coffee.
No whole milk is used.
Pre-heating not finished.
The temperature is too high
after steaming
The machine is in steam mode
and the steam knob is open.
Suggested Solution
Fill the reservoir with water and turn
on the „On" switch and the "Coffee"
switch
Continue to press the hot water
button and the pump will start to
pump water into the machine until
water comes out of the steam nozzle
or brewing head.
Wait for the indicator lights to stop
flashing and come on to complete the
pre-warming process.
Replace the ground coffee and press
to flatten.
Thread a small piece of wire through
the steam hole and clean the steam
pipe with hot water after frothing.
Turn on the steam knob and wait for
the preheating to finish.
According to the standard amount of
powder, 1 cup with 1 spoon of about
7g flattens the powder. Coffee powder
must be neither too thick nor too fine.
Too thick will not be fully extracted,
too fine will affect the amount of
coffee.
Use whole milk.
Steaming cannot be started until the
steam indicator changes from flashing
to steady light.
Water cooling
Steam knob is in the " " position
