Mounting ot cutter blade or nylon cutting head
Turn the machine upside down, and you can replace the cutter blade or the nylon cutting head easily.
For RBC220, RBC221, RBC250, RBC251
• Insert the hex wrench through the hole in the gear case and ratal
the support washer (9) until it is locked with the hex wrench (c
the shaft is locked).
• Loosen the nut (left-handed) with the socket wrench and remov
the nut (7), and tightening washer (8).
For RBC220, RBC250
•Mount the cutter blade onto the shaft so that the guide of th
support washer fits in the arbor hole in the cutter blade. Insta
the tightening washer and secure the cutter blade with the nu
(Tightening torque: 130 — 230 kg-cm)
NOTE:
Always wear groves when handling the cutter blade.
For RBC221, RBC251
•Screw the nylon cutting head onto the shaft.
NOTE:
The tightening washer, and nut are not necessary for mounting th
nylon cutting head.
For RST250
• insert the screwdriver provided through the hole in the head casi
and rotate the support washer until it is locked with the screwdrive
(or the shaft is locked).
• Screw the nylon cutting head onto the shaft.
