Before beginning:
Make sure all the connections are cor-
rect.
Depress the POWER button to turn on the
Akai HX-A201.
Depress the EJECT (4) button and load
a cassette.
Insert exposed tape side down.

Depress the Reset button to reset the
tape counter to "O00".
@ Use the Tape Counter to help you
accurately return to any point on the
tape.
Set the DOLBY NR ON/OFF selector and B
or C type depending on what type of
DOLBY NR the tape was recorded with.
Refer to page 12.
Set the TAPE SELECTOR according to the
type of tape in use.

Avant de commencer:

compteur pour mettre a ''000"' le compteur
de bande.
®@ Utilisez le compteur de bande pour reve-
nir avec précision sur n'importe quel
point de la bande.
Réglez le commutateur marche/arrét du
Dolby NR (DOLBY NR ON/OFF) et selection-
nez le type B ou C en fonction du Dolby NR
utilisé pour enregistrer la bande. Reportez-
vous page 12.
Réglez le sélecteur de bande (TAPE SELEC-
TOR) en fonction
du type de bande.
