WARRANTY
RETURNS
Eluxe will not accept returns of goods supplied and delivered, except in justified cases and authorised by BRAND, where
it is necessary that they are in perfect state of conservation, packaging and operation.
A written and numbered authorisation for the reception of the goods in our premises is essential and the shipping costs
for the return of the goods will always be charged to the purchaser.
If, once the material has been inspected, it does not comply with these requirements, a deduction will be made from your
payment, which may be up to the total of the original value invoiced in the order.
WARRANTY
This guarantee does not affect the consumer's rights under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 of 27 April, transposing European
Union directives on consumer protection and other applicable regulations.
According to this decree, Gestión Integral de Almacenes, S.L., guarantees its products to the consumer for a period of 3
years against any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the material.
Unless proven otherwise, during the first 2 years, it is assumed that the lack of conformity existed at the time of sale,
counting from the date of installation (made no later than 6 months after purchase), or failing that from the date of the
purchase invoice. After these 2 years, any lack of conformity must be proven by the consumer.
The warranty is valid exclusively for products sold and installed in the country of purchase.
The Technical Assistance Service authorised by Gestión Integral de Almacenes S.L. is the only one authorised to carry
out interventions during the warranty period. Any other intervention will result in the loss of warranty rights.
As indicated in the current legislation, an annual maintenance of the installation must be carried out, which is essential to
maintain the commercial guarantee rights.
Under no circumstances are incidents caused by the following covered:
•
Installation in breach of current legislation (RITE, refrigerant gases, electricity, CTE).
•
Dimensioning and installation/assembly in breach of the instructions and recommendations written in this
"Instruction Manual" or other installation defects and/or improper use (for example, incorrect installation of the drain
or failure to carry out the mandatory vacuum in the refrigerant gas installation).
•
Handling of the product by unauthorised personnel.
•
Use of non-original spare parts.
•
Aggressive characteristics of the environment.
•
Deterioration due to condensation or atmospheric agents, as well as erratic currents.
•
Corrosion due to improper storage.
•
Lack of cleaning and/or maintenance by the user.
•
Knocks during transport not carried out at the company's expense.
