Solutions
∙ Recharger le produit à l'aide du câble USB-C inclus.
∙ Vérifier que la bouteille est bien fermée puis mélanger doucement
son contenu en la remuant de haut en bas pour homogénéiser
la chauffe.
∙ Privilégier l'usage de l'eau uniquement à chauffer puis mélanger
dans le biberon directement pour assurer une bonne performance
de chauffe.
∙ S'assurer que la batterie est bien chargée.
∙ Le cycle de chauffe ne peut pas être lancé pendant la charge de la
batterie ou lorsque le produit est branché au secteur. Attendre que
la charge soit terminée ou bien arrêter la charge avant de relancer
l'opération de chauffe.
∙ S'assurer d'avoir bien lancé le cycle de chauffe.
∙ S'assurer que le bouchon est bien vissé et sécurisé grâce au loquet
de sécurité.
∙ S'assurer de ne pas mettre de liquide trop chaud dans la bouteille
(> 50 °C).
∙ Vérifier que la bouteille est bien fermée puis mélanger doucement son
contenu en la remuant de haut en bas pour homogénéiser la chauffe.
∙ Éteindre le produit, replacer la bouteille bien droite sur une surface
plane et relancer l'opération de chauffage.
∙ Si le problème persiste, contacter le service client.

Solutions
∙ Charge the product using the USB-C cable included.
∙ Check that the top is tightly closed, and then gently shake the
bottle up and down to mix the liquid and even out the heat.
∙ Where possible, use the bottle warmer for heating water only
then prepare any mixtures in the feeding bottle itself to ensure the
heating process works efficiently.
∙ Ensure the battery is fully charged.
∙ The heating cycle cannot be started while the battery is being
charged or while the product is connected to the mains. Wait
until charging is complete or stop charging before restarting the
heating operation.
∙ Ensure the heating cycle has started.
∙ Ensure that the lid is screwed on tightly and secured using the
safety latch.
∙ Make sure that no liquid is too hot in the bottle (> 50 °C).
∙ Check that the bottle is tightly closed, then gently stir the contents
by moving it up and down to homogenise the heating.
∙ Turn off the product, place the bottle upright on a flat surface and
restart the heating process.
∙ If the problem persists, contact customer service.
