Saturation of the twin filters
The used filters in this hob are combined filters for grease and odour filtering. These twin filters
are regenerable and need periodical maintenance.
Standard exhaust installation
After 30 operating hours of the extraction unit, 'F' and 'G' will be shown alternately in the
display of the extraction unit; it is necessary to perform maintenance of the twin filters (see
'Maintenance/Filters and water collector).
Standard recirculation installation
When the appliance is set for recirculation (see 'User menu'), after 30 hours of operation of
the extraction unit, 'F' and 'G' will appear alternately in the display of the extraction unit; it
is necessary to perform maintenance of the twin filters (see 'Maintenance/Filters and water
collector).
Over time, the odor filtering efficiency of the twin filters decreases. Depending on the intensity
of use of the appliance, the cooking behaviour and regenerating cycles, you need to replace the
twin filters:
•
when you notice that the odour filtering is not sufficient anymore (the average time is after
240 operating hours).
•
after 1 year of use at the latest.
•
when the filters are clearly damaged.
