Turn off the power, unplug the machine, and clean the shear emulsification
working head before the next use.
11. Stator selection for experiments:
11-1. For mixing and emulsifying low-viscosity liquids, or for smashing and dissolving
small particles, use the small-hole stator.
11-2. For medium-viscosity fluids and secondary particle materials, use the large-hole
stator.
11-3. For high-viscosity fluids and large-particle emulsifying experiments, use the
straight-hole stator.
12. How to change the stators:
1. Unscrew the three nuts using the enclosed wrench.
2. Remove the screws, then detach the stator coil from the stator base on the
head.
3. Replace the stator with the correct type for your experiment.
4. Reassemble the stator coil and screws securely, then tighten the three nuts.
5. Rotate the drive shaft by hand to ensure smooth operation.
13. Maintenance:
After prolonged use or inactivity, a maintenance inspection is required
before resuming operation.
Use a megger to measure insulation resistance to ensure electrical safety.
14. Brush replacement:
The mixer brush is a consumable part and requires regular inspection.
Turn off the power, unplug the machine, unscrew the brush cap, and remove
the brush.
If the brush is less than 6 mm, replace it with a new one of the same
specification.
Ensure the new brush moves freely in the tube to avoid electrical sparks or
motor failure.
15. Motor failure troubleshooting:
If the motor fails, check the power supply, ensure the plug is secure, and
confirm the brush is in good condition.
If these issues are resolved but the motor still fails, contact after-sales
support for assistance.
Do not disassemble the machine without proper authorization to avoid
accidents.
