Use and maintenance
1. The machine uses a single-phase, three-wire system, so the power socket must be a
triple outlet (220V, 10A).
2. Never run the shear emulsification working head without liquid medium to prevent
mechanical damage to the components.
3. Input power to the unit:
Turn on the power switch.

The built-in switch indicator will light up, and the Speed Digital display will
•
show [0000].
The "SBS-UH-160" dynamic indicators confirm the machine is ready for
•
operation.
4. Speed setting:
Rotate the speed control knob to enter the preset speed mode.
•
You can pre-set the desired stirring speed or dynamically adjust the speed
•
during operation.
5. Start control:
Press the speed control knob to start the machine.
•
•
For the "SBS-UH-170" model, if no pre-set speed is configured, the machine
will operate at the default speed.
6. Pause/Restart:
•
Press the speed control knob to pause the machine during operation.
Press it again to resume operation at the previously set speed (speed
•
memory function).
7. Time control:
For the "SBS-UH-170" model, press and hold the speed control knob for 3
•
seconds until the display shows "SET."
•
Rotate the knob to set the experimental time, then press it again to exit
timer mode and return to speed setting mode.
Rotate the knob to select the desired speed, then press it to start the
•
machine.
The machine will operate at the selected speed, and the display will alternate
•
between the running speed and the countdown timer.
•
If the machine is suspended, the preset operation will need to be reset.
8. Operating state control:
•
If power is interrupted or the machine is accidentally switched off, it will
return to the preset initial state for safety when restarted.
9. Operational failure:
If a command cannot be executed, the display will show "Err1" and the
•
"CAUTION" indicator will light up, signaling an alarm.
10. After operation:
