If mail is sent successfully, you will receive the following prompt:
The recipients will receive the mail with the exported file as a mail attachment.
If the mailbox settings are wrong, the mail will not be sent successfully.
Note: Due to some mailbox server problems, the mail content may be compressed to a .bin
file, and the attachment is not affected.
