Configuration software
UCS is the DCM1 configuration software available in desktop version. It may connect to DCM1 via RS485 (Modbus RTU protocol).
UCS allows to:
set up the unit (online or offline),
l
display the system state for diagnostic and setup verification purposes,
l
Configure Backlight timeout,
l
Configure Hompage,
l
Configure Ethernet parameters,
l
Check the temperature on the shunt,
l
Test the Charging session procedure (Eichrecht versions).
l
Overview of the UCS functions:
Setting up the system with DCM1 connected (online setup),
l
Enter maintenance mode and set cable loss parameters (cable resistance),
l
Defining the setup with DCM1 not connected, then applying it later (offline setup),
l
Displaying the main measurements,
l
Check the temperature on the shunt,
l
Displaying overrange and overtemperature warnings,
l
Recording the measurements of selected variables.
