Stage 2 - Charging mode: Once all the information has been displayed, the DCM1 enters in "Charge mode" state. At this
l
stage, the device collects and shows all the relevant information about imported and exported energy.
Stage 3 - Charge mode end: the end of a charging session is issued by the EVCS controller with the command "E" or an
l
"Abort command" to the DCM1, which enters into the "Charge mode end" state. It generates the OCMF file (available in the
Modbus protocol, see the Communication Protocol for further information) and starts to show the summary page containing
the charging session information. The summary page appears on the screen for a time defined by the end user using
Modbus.
Note: In case of an interruption of the Charging session due to powerdown, when turning on, the device:
displays the real time pages, not showing the summary one containing the charging information;

generates the OCMF file with the saved data, marked with code 'P' (Power failure).

OCMF file
The Open Charge Metering Format is an independent and generally usable data format for recording meter readings from
charging stations that are relevant under calibration law. In addition, it permits the implementation of the evaluation and signature
verification of the format by the Transparency Software. The file is written in JSON format for better readability and traceability.
The OCMF file is generated by the DCM1, once the charging session ends. The controller reads the OCMF file and sends a
reading confirmation to DCM1. Only after the confirmation, a new charging session is allowed (for further information, see the
Communication Protocol).
