15. Carefully remove the pan and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
CAUTION: Hot steam can come out of the basket when it is opened mid or at the end of
cooking. Make sure your face, arms and hands are away from the steam when opening it.

16. Serve the food by using tongs or a similar kitchen utensil.
CAUTION: Do not serve food by flipping the pan directly onto the plate, as the hot grid or
liquids may fall into the plate.
17. Unplug the appliance after using it.

18. Check the Water Tray Collector for any water build up. Dispose the excess water and place it
back into the appliance.
