Notes on positioning outdoor cabinets
WARNING
Exceeding the maximum permissible operating temperature
Possible malfunction of the control unit
Take the installation location of the outdoor cabinet into account.
Evaluate the sunshine at the installation site.
Take the ambient conditions on site into account.
The following table gives an overview of the required measures.
Regular strong sunshine for 8 or more
hours and/or accumulation of heated
ambient air to be expected
Irregular, at times increased sunshine to
be expected
Continuously shaded installation site
and/or ambient conditions with small
temperature fluctuations
Installation of a cooling unit set is required for outdoor cabinets (art. no.
681148).
The following table gives an overview of the required measures. Ventila-
tion should start up from an internal control cabinet temperature of 40 °C.
No measures required.
