General safety notes
NOTICE
Disconnect system from energy sources!
Ensure that the electrical equipment is discon-
nected from the power supply during the work.
Secure the electrical equipment against being
switched on again.
WARNING
Live parts! The housing of the control unit may only
be opened by a qualified electrician!
Work on the control unit is restricted to:
Switching on the contactor and adjusting the
motor protection switch,
replacing the batteries,
Connection in accordance with the installation
instructions and wiring diagram.
All work extending beyond this may only be carried
out by KESSEL customer service or a KESSEL SE
+ Co. KG service partner.
WARNING

Heed the following points when working on electrical
cables and connections.
Operating and maintenance instructions must be
kept available at the product.
NOTICE
Improper cleaning
Plastic components can become damaged or brittle
Installation and operating instructions
The national regulations concerning electrical
safety apply to all connections and installation
work.
The system must be supplied through a residual
current protection device (RCD) with residual cur-
rent of not more than 30mA.
Only clean plastic components with water and a
pH-neutral cleaning agent.
