Installation instructions
1.
Connect the power cord, transducer, and temperature probe to their respective sockets.
2.
Place the transducer inside the soundproof box and select an appropriate container based on the sample
size. Pour the sample into the container and position it on the lifting platform within the soundproof box.
Adjust the lift height so that the end of the horn is inserted about 10-20mm into the sample and is
centred within the container.
3.
Ensure the horn does not touch the container walls and maintain a distance of more than 4cm between
the horn tip and the container bottom (to prevent no-load conditions at higher power levels) to achieve
effective sample processing.
4.
For optimal results, use an elongated container. When processing smaller sample volumes, use low
ultrasonic power, and avoid contact between the horn and the container bottom.

1.
For initial setup, add water to a 50ml beaker and place it on the lifting platform inside the
soundproof box. Position the transducer in the top opening of the soundproof box, then adjust the
lift so that the horn's end face is immersed 1-2 cm below the liquid surface.
2.
Connect the power supply, temperature probe, and transducer interface to the ultrasonic generator,
and turn on the power switch on the back of the instrument.
