What should I do if external devices cannot
get power from the product?
Check the power cable connection between the
mains socket and the product.
Check the USB cable (not included) connection
between the external devices and the product.
Make sure the external device's charging socket is
working properly.
What should I do if the device charges very
slowly?
Check if you have connected the device to the
wrong USB port.
