10.1 Rotating basket

Lid (for the rotating basket) 14

Procedure
1. Slide the grease drip tray 17 at the bot-
tom on to the floor of the interior.
2. Fill the French fries (or other ingredients)
up to the MAX 13 marking (but not be-
yond) into the rotating basket 12.
3. Place the lid 14 on the rotating bas-
ket 12. The indentations on the lid must
be placed over the small lugs on the
basket (see illustration).
4. To close, turn the rotating basket 12 so
that one lug is pointing in the direction
of the closed lock symbol.
5. Insert the closed rotating basket 12 into
the device 1 with the help of the han-
dle 11 (see "Inserting the rotating bas-
ket/rotary spit" on page 40).
