The stored data is maintained even if the in-
strument is switched off or during battery re-
placement.
Double storage of a measurement is impos-
sible !
Under certain, unintentional circum-
stances data may be lost or modified dur-
ing electronic saving. CH. BEHA will not be
held liable for financial and other loss
being caused by data loss, wrong handling
or any other reason.
6.1 Infrared Interface, send Measurement Data
In addition all stored measurement data may be
transferred to the PC (data archive) by means of an
infrared interface. For this purpose, the interface
adapter, available as an optional feature (Cat. No.
1204) as well as the Software „Report-Studio" (Cat.
No. 1204) are required.
The data transfer procedure is easy:
" Apply the interface adapter to TELARIS 0100
" Connect adapter cable to PC (COM 2) via 9pole
D-sub plug (RS232).
" Call Software „Report-Studio" (please refer to
user manual „Report-Studio").
" Select menu item „Daten einlesen" [read data]
or select the button „Daten vom Meßgerät lesen"
[read data from measurement instrument] via
mouse click.
The message „Daten senden" (send data) ap-
pears.
" Press key „Send" (27).
Data transfer is carried out. After a few sec-
onds all stored data is available for further
processing in the PC.

7.0 Deleting Stored Measurement Data / Display
of All Memory Entries
It is possible to delete data by using key „Delete"
(28). Furthermore, it is possible to display the total
number of measurement value entries on the dis-
play:
Display of Total Number of Measurement Value
Entries:
" Set measurement range selection switch (24) to
one of the 5 measurements ranges.
" Briefly press „Delete" key (28). A short beep sig-
nal is audible.
" The total number of all measurement values that
have been saved is now displayed.
Delete Last Stored Measurement Value:
" Set measurement range selection switch (24) to
one of the 5 measurement ranges.
" Briefly press „Delete" key (28). A short beep sig-
nal is audible and the number of the memorised
measurement data is displayed.The total num-
ber of all stored measurement data is dis-
played.The display disappears after approxi-
mately 2 seconds.
" Now release the key „Delete" (28) to avoid dele-
tion of all memory entries.
Deleting the last measurement value can be
repeated as often as required, as long as data
is available within the memory.
Deleting all Stored Measurement Values:
" Set measurement range selection switch (24) to
one of the 5 measurement ranges.
" Press „Delete" key (28) for approx. 5 seconds.
Three short beep signals are audible. The
number of all stored measurement values is
displayed. The last stored value is deleted
after 2 seconds. After 5 seconds, all values
are deleted.
„0" appears on the display. The memory is
completely deleted, the „M" symbol in the
display disappears.
