WARNING: Always unplug the power of treadmill before cleaning or maintaining the prod-
uct.
Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning will extend the life of the treadmill.
Remove dust regularly to keep parts clean. Be sure to clean the exposed parts of the
running belt on both sides, this will reduce the accumulation of impurities under the run-
ning belt. Make sure the sneakers are clean and avoid taking foreign objects into the run-
ning belt to abrade the running board and running belt.
WARNING: Always unplug the power of treadmill before moving the motor cover.
Open the motor protection cover at least once a year to clean the motor.
Special lubricant for running belt and treadmill
The motorized treadmill has been pre-coated with lubricant between the running board
and the running belt. The friction between the running belt and the running board has a
great impact on the service life of the treadmill, so it is necessary to apply lubricant regu-
larly.
We recommend you to make regular inspections of the running board. If the running
board is worn out, please contact our Customer Service Center.
After using the running belt for a period of time, lubricate the belt with dedicated silicon
oil.
Use it for less than 3 hours in a week, lubricate once a year
Use it for 3-5 hours in a week, lubricate once every 6 months
Use it for more than 5 hours in a week, lubricate once every 3 months
Note: Do not over lubricate the belt.
We recommend that you purchase lubricants at your local dealer or contact us directly.
Note: Any other repairs must be performed by professionals.
Running Belt Adjustment
1.In order to better maintain your electric running machine and prolong the life of the
machine, it is recommended that you turn off the power after 2 hours of continuous use
and let the machine rest for 10 minutes before using.
2.If the running belt is too loose, there will be slipping when running; if it is too tight, too
tight may reduce the performance of the motor and increase the wear of the drum and
running belt. When the running belt is tight, you can lift the running belt from both sides
of the running board by hand about 50-75mm.
Place treadmill on a level surface and operate treadmill with around 6 -8 km/hour to
observe deviation situation.
