The order that is sent to the
controller by the meter and the

signal from the safety key.
Troubleshooting
Check the joint of wire connecting the meter and con-
troller to see whether it is loose. Check the wire to see
whether it is damaged. Make sure that the connection
sequence of the wire is correct.

controller to see whether it is loose.
2.After the fault condition is maintained for about 10
seconds, it enters the standby state and can be restart-
ed. Possible reason:no speed sensing signal detected
for 3 seconds, check if the sensor plug is not plugged in
or damaged, plug it in or replace the sensor.
3.If it returns to normal after shutdown, it can enter the
standby state and start normally.
Check if the motor wire is connected and reconnect the
motor wire. Check if the controller is intact and replace
the controller.
1.After the fault condition is maintained for about 10

2.Some part of the treadmill is stuck, check the tread-
mill and adjust it to re-run.
Check the motor for sound or burnt smell, change
motor. Check the controller for burnt smell and replace
the controller. Check if the power supply voltage is
correct, use the correct voltage.
Check if the power supply voltage is lower than 50% of
the normal voltage, please use the correct voltage and
start over. Check the controller for burnt smell and
replace the controller. Check if the motor wire is con-
nected and reconnect the motor wire.
Check the magnetron to see if it is damaged, or, in the
correct position. Make sure that the magnet is well
placed.
