Cautions
1.When using treadmill, keep attaching safety pull pin rope to your clothes or belt.
2.Do not stick any stuff into any part of the product, because it will be damaged.
3.It is appropriate to place the treadmill in the flat and clean floor. Do not put it on the
carpet for the smooth ventilation. Do not use it in outdoor or the place near water.
4.Do not start before you are just standing in it.There maybe have a pause. When
charged with electricity. You have to standing in the running boards until the belt start
running.
5.Proper sport suit and shoes required before training.
6.Keep child and pet far away from the treadmill to avoid accident.
7.Strenuous exercise are suitable after your meal for more than 40 minutes.
8.This product is for adult-use, adult companionship is needed when a child use it.
9.Handrail should be handed until you feeling comfortable in your first practice.
10.Please use it in indoor and put it in clean and flat ground and guard against damp. Do
not put the product for other use.
11.The power line is only used in treadmill, when it damaged you should buy it from local
