Troubleshooting
The bidet may malfunction although the product is not broken, due to the user's lack of knowledge of how to use it
or other minor causes. In such a situation, inspect the product regarding the below items to solve the simple issues
without help from the service center. Check the following, and if the problem persists, contact the service center.
Problem
The product is not
working.
No water is coming
out.
The water pressure is
too weak.
The toilet seat and
the cleansing water
are not warm.
The wind is cold.
Water comes out of the
nozzle.

Check
• Is the power plug disconnected?
• Is there a power outage?
• Is the power of the main body off?
• D oes the LED blink when you press the
remote controller buttons?
• D oes the LED not turn on when you
press the remote controller button?
• Is the power of the remote controller off?
• Is the water supply valve closed?
• I s the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
• N o water is coming out immediately
after installation.
• Is the water pressure set to low?
• I s the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
• I s the mesh filter clogged with foreign
substances?
• I s the 'Seat or Water/Air Temp.' button
set to 'Off'?
• I s the 'Water/Air Temp.' button set to 'Off'?
• Water leaks from the T-shaped connector.
• W ater leaks from the bidet hose
connection part.
Possible solutions
Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet.
Check whether or not there is a power outage.
Turn on the power of the main body. If
the main body's power is off, the remote
controller does not operate.
If the battery is discharged, each time you
press a remote controller button, the LED
blinks twice. Replace the battery.
If a certain amount of time elapses after
the battery is di, the remote controller
does not operate. Replace the battery.
Replace the remote controller battery. If
the problem persists after replacement,
contact the Coway service center.
Open the main water supply valve.
Clean the nozzle aperture with a brush to
remove any foreign substances.
Check whether or not there is a water cut.
(Please wait as it takes 1-2 minutes to fill the
water tank immediately after installation.)
Adjust the pressure level.
Clean the nozzle aperture with a brush to
remove any foreign substances.
Clean the mesh filter by shaking it under
flowing water.
Cleaning with a brush is more effective.
Press the button to adjust the
temperature.
Press the button to adjust the temperature.
Check if the rubber packing is inserted into the
T-shaped connector and fix the nuts again.
Fully insert the bidet hose to the
connection area.
